Approval
By the mandate and commission of Doctor Cetina, Vice-General in this court, I have seen the book Eight Plays and Interludes, by Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra, never performed, and I do not find in it anything contrary to our holy Catholic faith and good morals. On the contrary, it is very entertaining and pleasing. This is my opinion, God save, etc., Madrid, 3rd July 1615.
